how do i add a extra icon to the postbit

hello i wish to inject an extra icon how can i do this at this location,.
i can't find any info about this.

You would have to actually edit the template (postbit_legacy) - you can go edit the template and Search in Template for "report" and you'll find where the report button is and just add your code after it.

oke, i was hoping that i could insert somthing there by a plugin.
is there a place where i can insert it by plugin / template hook ?

Take a look at the template and do a search for template_hook in there to see where there are template hooks.

i did but i can't figure out where these hooks are when you call them.
and which plugin location a have to use. That is still a peace i don't understand. the rest is pretty clear and i'm nowing more and more but template hooks in relation with plugin hooks !?

For the postbit templates, you can just use the postbit_display_complete hook location.
