Rewrite a Mod Can i Publish ?

Hello,

I rewrite some Mods and i try to communicate with original authors but no aswer !!!
Can i Publish that Mods again at vBulletin 3.8 Mod's ?
Here the addons and how i try communicate with Original Mod Author.

I want to thank you for "Who Quoted Me".
I running a forum with vBulletin 3.8.4 PL 2., i found the AddOn and try to installed on my forum. but there are a lot of problems.

I write some parts of AddOn again, i add some Templates and some Plugins.
I also add some settings and a Profile Block.
Now no Manual Template edits and No TMS needed.

I ask your permission to Publish again the AddOn at vBulletin 3.8.x Modifications.
If you give me the permission i write "Original Code of AddOn from Gamingforce" and i put you at "Supporters / CoAuthors".

No you can not. You have to have the original authors permission to re-publish their modification

As Brooks said, you MAY NOT publish or redistribute them at all without the author giving you permission. You are free to rewrite it and use it yourself, but you cannot share it with other users in any way, shape, or form.

For the Above MOD the Developer not Login from January 2007 and now are January 2010........
