What is it? / What does it do?
It is a small modification that allows a limit post threads within X hours (for each forum separately).

Turn off the hack global
Count only visible threads

This limits THREADS not POSTS in THREADS correct? If so can it be changed to limit the amount of POSTS in a forum?
