Custom code for Signature Size Limiting?

I have an image limit re-sizer plugin called ncode image resizer. Unfortunately this module/plugin is limited in its use.

It does not differentiate between an image posted in a thread and a user's signature image.

So if our image size restriction is 550x500, we can control the width of all images to 550 pixels wide, but in the case of signatures the administrators have no control over the signature image heighth.

I'm wondering if someone has any custom code that will allow us to control sig image heighth and width independently of images posted in threads?

I should add that we are using Vbulletin 3.8.4

There is a mod, that puts scroll bars around the signature if it outsizes the restrictions.

no, i don't want the scroll bars...i need something that works independently of images posted in a thread, and that auto-resizes the signatures.

you can already limit the size of images in your sig

you can limit users that "upload sigs as an attachment" but you can't limit sig sizes that are linked from photobucket.
