Can someone help with what is going on with my banner?

The right end comes up a little short and there seems to be some stuff in the background. Anyone know how to make it flush with the navbar?

Did you look at the table you have the banner in? You've got a total of three columns and the first one has the banner image and the second two have spaces. Remove the last two that just have spaces.
