hello friends i have an forum in 3.8.4 version where i need an arabic font style that too in the utf-8 charset manner what ever i am getting is windows 1256 charset xml file while i upload this file it will display the arabic but when i change the charset to utf-8 it is displaying in a bad format like this ���� ������
1)so how can avoid this..
2)if any of you have the xml file of arabic in utf-8 format..send me.
