It blinks telling everyone who replies or posts a new thread to use descriptive titles. :D

<b><blink>Please Use Descriptive Thread Titles In Your Posts!</blink></b>Keep in mind that most Browsers (except Firefox) do not support the <blink> Tag. In this case you then need Javascript what is absolutely no problem to do that. It'd be better to remove it because it could be annoying for most Users to see flashing Text :D
