Need help with if else statement

Looking to put something into a users profile *if* they are viewing their own profile. Wanted to include information about PMs, Comments, etc only for themselves.

Can anyone help with this?

Just want to know what I need for the if part to determine if they are viewing their own profile.

$bbuserinfo[userid] gets their id.

$userinfo[userid] is the profile id.
