Moderator Checkpoint?

Hello,
Not sure if this is in the right forum but wanted to know if anyone knew of or can create a moderator check point for me? A system where my mods can log on and have an alert or something that a new post needs to be approved. I have tried the ones here but keep having problems with them and can't get support I need one for 3.84.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction? As my forum grows, this is becoming a problem

My moderators are pretty good at hitting Today's Posts, which displays a little icon when there's an unapproved post in a particular thread.

If your moderators can't do that, they can enter User CP, and in the menu down the left side there's links to various items that may need their attention. "Moderation" is where to find them, between "Subscribed Threads" and "Miscellaneous".

Yes I have all that but would like something that would personal send them a PM or notifcation. Something like that. My forum is a difficult subject so more and more moderation is starting to happen as we gain new members so I need something quick and I need my mods to have sometime of notificiation system.
