How do you set vbullitin 3.8 to send an automatic email based on an admin decision??

we have a "suspended members" usergroup we manually place inactive users in after 90 days of no logins.

i would like an automated e-mail to go to users i have moved into this usergroup to inform them their account is suspended and marked for deletion without having to send it manually!!

any help appreciated!!

yea i have done that but it still involves typing the message manually EVERY time i move users!! im after something that will do it for me in some way!!

Make a .txt file of the message haha, then save it to your computer.
