What is the best possible program encrypts files php and can not be decrypted
What matter if requires the purchase of the most important can not be decrypted

Or method of encoding and can not be disassembled

Having a file encrypted that can't be decrypted is kinda pointless (if it's anything other than a password for example and you are just going to use it for comparison) - just deleting it would have the same effect :-)

And I want to encrypt the way a person can not undo this encoding

Not sure or its useable in this situation but you could try the .dll loader systems that are out there. That encrypt the file according to a key you specify. All php files are encrypted that way. However I do not know how well this will work for a forum though.
