Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
Don't forget that for vbseo, disabling the modification means to also get rid of anything extra you added to your htaccess file.

Is it ONLY you? Before you said it was others, but now you say "no one elses" - which is it?
Does this happen if you login to your site using another test account?

edit : look what it told me when i tried to quote somebody and reply
"attention: you unable to quote until your posts reach 2 now you have 2295 posts. "

So, any account that you use and try to post with while you are using firefox will give this error. Have you tried restarting the browser? This seems to be a firefox thing not related to any accounts.

no just the 1 account , all others work fine.. i have 3 test accounts and 1 other admin account and they work fine.. just the first name ever created is doing it. Only in firefox, never had an issue in the many years of using firefox with vb

ok the issue is fixed but now i got this error showing now.
I am not able to quote anymore. I get this message
attention: you unable to quote until your posts reach 2 now you have 2234 posts.
Notice i have 2234 posts and yet it tells me i have less than 2. i checked in the admin cp and character requirement is at 0. Im stumped, any ideas? thanx
any ideas?

That is some error related to a modification. It isn't a default vbulletin error.
