[Solved] Clone the quote tag.

I want to clone quote tag and have the word QUOTE to be changed to NOTES in the tags and also above this box.


I alsop need to add a button for it in the editor, I guess I can replace the 'code' button because that one will never have any use on my forum. Anyone know how I can do that?
