Reset ids of albumid

I have a forum for tests and i create many vbulletin albums and then deleted it so now when user wants to create new album get a very huge album id :(
If its possile to reset ids and stars count again for example 1 or 2 ?

i delete all albums and photos - it doesnt help me
i need to have albums ids from 1 to 20 and no more like id=53 !

Can can change the auto_increment on the index in phpMyAdmin (under the Operations tab).
