I have SEO Mod to change the URLs with thread title

I need now the method of the old URLs format

e.x :

the old vBulletin format showthread.php?t=98823

The new /thread-title/

I need the method of the old URL to use it in one of vBulletin templates

How to get the thread URL with showthread.php ?
