The Non-MMORPG & Discussions still have subforums, I am using the Cyb-Subforum manager and I put the Id of the forum to hid the subforums but it would not work. The subforums are still shown. Please help I am also using vBulletin 3.8.4

Ask for modification support in the relevant thread.
Out in the main forums we don't know how they were programmed so we can't support them out here.

Where is that, and I want to ask the people who already have this product installed.

Go find the thread where you downloaded this modification and ask in there for help. If you clicked Installed, then the modification will be listed under User CP > installed Modifications.
