I have an already running adsense revenue sharing forum running @ 100fm6.com (http://100fm6.com/vb/)
I reached 100k views and I am now ready to be officially trusted by Google as an Adsense revenue sharing site like flixya, hubpages ...
However they need some development that are explained here :

I am not a programmer, so it is difficult to me to do what needed
I want to hire a professional PHP Designer or programmer to do it
