Prefix Mod for 3.8.4

Does anyone know where I can find a prefix MOD for the latest version of vBulletin, or an earlier MOD which will work for 3.8.4.

I need a MOD where you can choose from a number of prefixes such as, HELP, SUGGEST, FEEDBACK etc. Also I can add it to a certain number of forums it would be great, instead of adding it to every forum on the board.

That is default with 3.8. Admin CP > Thread Prefixes to set them up. Then go to the Forum Manager > select Forum and you can set the Prefix group to use in that forum.
