usercp disappeared

i just added a welcome message in Welcome module and my usercp module is now gone?? was the welcome moudle used for the user cp?

i am using vba

how to i get it back? s
o that i have the usercp that shows their avatar and

yeah its just a standard welcome block for vba- its not a download.

i read over there that "user cp" was an vb issue.

so is there way to turn on and off the user cp on the front page?

The User CP doesn't get turned on and off. You said you added the welcome module and the user cp disappeared. So, remove the welcome module and see if it appears again.
