vB for testing purposes and license...

I have important question (important for me :D) - is it allowed to set up vB for testing purposes without any charging and legally? I'm author of translator mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=220886) and I want to implement transation SEO links for forums without vbSEO. Probem is that on my forum I have vbSEO, so I need some test forum to do this (actually 2 test forums - 1 in subdomain and 1 with subfolder in address).

So - can I set 2 test vB forums legally without any payment? What is needed? Can I just install last package which I downloaded and have installed right now, or it is required to download some special test version?

This is a licensing issue and should be asked over at vb.com, or better yet in a support ticket to vb.com.

as long as the forum is for testing and is not available to the public it is legal to set up a test forum.
