I run a credit review forum and the administrator sometimes posts reviews which contain affiliate links. I just received a message from the affiliate company I work with:

Also, wanted to keep you in the loop, American Express is requesting that you will need to switch your links to an "Auto Updating Feed" in the coming weeks. This means that in order to promote them, you must utilize our Templates, Java Script, XML or WebAPI feed. My guess would be the Java is the easiest for you and you are more than welcome to continue to write your own reviews for these cards ... but there are new "rules" for it so look out for a Newsletter from us shortly.

So basically I have all these reviews up in forum posts that contain simple links, and now I need to change those "auto updating." If I do the Javascript option, how can I make it possible so the admin can posts such code inside posts?

Thanks

You could add this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=122942

Then make a usergroup with [HTML] allowed and set it as an additional usergroup for each user you want to have [HTML] access. I would assume you could then put javascript in, never tried using the [HTML] bbcode.
