Having rep comments shown in the user's profile page

Is this a mod or is there a way to have reputation comments shown on a member's public profile area? using 3.8.3

Actually- I believe that's a default feature in vBulltin 3.8.x --- You only need to make sure the settings are applied correctly - the reputation comment appears in the UserCP
