First post on every page

I've been scouring the vbulletin.org site for a mod that will let me display the first post of a thread on each page of the thread. I've found a mod for 3.5.x but nothing for later versions of vB.

I'm sure I saw something recently, but now can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction before I go mad?
