Forum Selection Tool - How to do it?

Ok, I downloaded a mod (that I can't really use now) and noticed something in it as I was going through it, a multiple forum selection tool. Now, my question is, is how do I add something like this to a product/template? The option code they used for this mod in the vbulletin settings for this particular mod was:

multiselect:eval
$options = construct_forum_chooser_options(1);

And I'm pretty sure that that can't be used in a template.

So, any insight on how to do this is greatly appreciated. Thanks :D

How/where do you want to do this? Frontend script? AdminCP script, settings?

Frontend script. I'm trying to add it to the "Staff Application" I created

Not sure, but have a look at the advanced search page for example, there is also a mutliple select list of forums.
