Woltlab Burning Board but since they are a competitor to my FAVORITE forum software (vBulletin :p) I will not be providing the sites link ;) lol so that means in this case Google is your friend.

But can tell you there are a few style sites that do themes/styles for that board software just like vBulletin.

I assume you are talking about what hosting plan you should choose, in which case vBulletin.com has an area for discussing servers and hosting.

No matter what type of vBulletin license you get (Owned or Leased) does not limit or prevent the amount of e-mails you can send.
