I want my homepage to redirect to my forums. How do I do that?

You can either do that via your cPanel for your site, or you can create an .htaccess 301 redirect

The way I use to do it was with a text file uploaded via FTP. I'm guessing that is the .htaccess 301 redirect. How exactly do you do that?
