New reg "enter date birth" not displaying?

I was wondering why new registrations were all coming in with todays date????

the code looks ok it shows <legend>Please Enter Your Date of Birth</legend>

Chrome IE and Firefox :)

Try the Ctrl and F5 on the page see if you see it than:up:
