i am having a website forum
i want to integrate SMS in that do vbulletin have any system or mod so i can
able to use it only for registerd users ..
please let me know

but i want a system which works for india SMS ..
please i want my users to send SMS free.. i will pay for that

Then you will first have to find a provider that does allow to send SMS to india via a HTTP/SOAP/REST/Whatever API.

If you got that information you will have to code a plug-in for vBulletin for this API :-)
