[HELP] error in vBulletin

hello every one i need help ASAP i waz doing the 3.8.3 update and now i get this error message.

Database error in vBulletin :

can any one help me out here i guess it has sumthing to do with the config.php file and i have edited so its the same way it waz b4 i did the upgrade.

You're having the same problem everyone else is. You need to double check your information for your database in your config.php for your username and password
