Facing error 1062

I have imported a phpbb forum to vbulletin but it seems that whenever a user makes a post I face this error

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.2:

I have set post to moderation so each post is moderated before being posted

If this is a newly imported site, I would put in a Support Ticket and have the guys at vb.com take a look.
