How do i get the User stats, with the Display picture, Message, rank, Name -
To Stand on the Left side going down?
Not Up going sideways?

Thats called postbit_legacy layout.

adminCP > vbulletin options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template = yes
