View Full Version : Logging in Problem: "Account does not exist"

Hi!

One of our users is having problem when logging in. She claims that whenever she tries to log in, she gets a message saying "Account does not exist". I checked her account via ACP and even logged her account in using log in as user but I cannot see anything wrong. Any idea?

Maybe an incorrect password? Get her to reset her password and see if that changes anything.

Thanks for the reply! I already sent the user a password reminder. Hope it will solve the problem.
