anyone can help me how to disable tag edit on ordianary/Regular user?

because my ordinary user can edit the threads tag..

edit the usergroup, in block "Post / Thread Permissions" ... 4 settings to please you.

yeah, your nose is usually below your eyes, so you can not see it, then can not see what's under it... ;)
