Sitemaps for a forum

Hello,

I am curious with running a vbulletin forum, do I need to use a special sitemap software or program?

I am curious if having a forum causes new urls so much that they will not be indexed correctly?

Do I need to run a new sitemap all of the time?

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
