Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Lynne, I doubt imk can even log in to make that change, based on the nature of the error.
imk, try using another browser. Perhaps installing one such as Google Chrome [link (http://www.google.com/chrome)] and not changing any settings in the browser before attempting to log in. I think you're probably having trouble because your main browser has either the security level set too high, or Javascript disabled. (Although vB is designed to handle both these cases, perhaps something's FUBAR in the browser...)
If another browser doesn't work either, and you're sure this isn't because of an addon that you recently installed, try opening a support ticket at vBulletin.com (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_contactform.php).

That means it is your style that is the problem. You need to make sure that your forms in your custom style all have the securitytoken. See this thread - Implementing CSRF Protection in modifications (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=177013)

If you are not confident in modifying code yourself - your first point of call would be the custom style's author.
