Need Help With vBookie Permissions!

Hello ,
Am Using Vbulletin 3.8.1 i installed vBookie v1.0.7 but when i give vBookie Event Permissions from Usergroup Manager and set "Can Post vBookie Events" "Can Edit other people's vBookie Events " "Can Bet on vBookie Events" To Yes it again change back to No
Please Help!
