Database Error - HELP

This has been going on for the past hour or so....

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.10:

Invalid SQL:

MySQL Error : Table './xxxxxx_db173406321DB/post' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Repair and Optimize Table gave me this:
