That's a template I have, and I have a .PHP page that displays it on it. When I visit the page, it displays:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /var/www/virtual/trasion.com/htdocs/communityforum/profilebadgesblue.php(43) : eval()'d code on line 44

What's wrong with my page? How can I fix it?

You can't use php code in your template!

You'll have to put the php code into a own php file.
For more information, check the article https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62164

Seriously?! .. Crap, then my modification won't work? .. Unless I put it in a separate .PHP file, and just call it? (include it)

You have to use plugins or a own php page.

I'm sure there is no other way.

Oh, okay. Could you tell me how to make the plugin? Never made one before..

In the manual: Including External Files (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/templates_externalfiles)
