Security Token error

Hi everyone,

Frequently users of my site are reporting:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing."

I never receive this error.

My site is using a custom skin. I have compared all changed templates and can't see any areas where this may occur.

Would someone else be able to have a quick look at whether my site is doing anything obviously wrong?

This is either caused by an outdated template, or an outdated modification.
