Members having trouble with log in

I have had a couple members bring to my attention that when the log on they get an error saying the info they submitted was not correct, or if they log in it dosent show them as being logged in etc. or if they try to post its redirects them to the login.

Any suggestions?

Do you allow users to access your site at both yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com? If so, redirect one to the other (you can google it or search here cuz this has been brought up many times) and then make sure all links are for whichever you choose.
