Youtube style site connected to the VB database

So I would love to add video (HD video using the H.264 coded) to my site but haven't seen a good youtube style integration of any video for VB.

I know adding video possibly means an additional server but I'm just wanting some input on how plausible it would be and what possible integrations could be. I really am thinking I don't want it to appear as a thread or like the directories currently available display. But I would like to have it connected with the VB database so that section of the videos could be hidden from members and non-member and even different categories of members.

Thoughts?

Use the YouTube BBCodes to simplify it. Search here, one of the mods has all the BBCodes for each of the YouTube different density settings.

for this I can't host the videos via other websites but I really would like it to utilize my VB database so that access can be controled based on their permissions there. The videos are would be for professionals only but I want to include the ability to let them upload as well as view high quality video content.

Sadly embedding isn't what I need, I need to be able to host and allow the videos to be uploaded to the site too. But I want to use the Vbulletin Database to control permissions on the videos, sharing and such with the functionallity like a video sharing site.
