Try to reupload plugin.php into your adminCP folder
Looks like it could be a hosting issue as well.

The most i can tell you is disable the products for now, isntead of uninstalling them, until someone can fully help you man.

Make sure "class_dbalter.php" has been uploaded to the /includes directory.

yes, it is in there, but it says the file size is "0". Is this correct?
No thats not correct for a filesize, try to delete it and reupload the original one

No, it's not really serious. Most likely, while uploading the files, FTP blipped, and the file didn't get uploaded properly. It happens.
