phpFox Location - How do I change the options in the dropdown?

As the title says. How do I change the options in the dropdown for location? My users will be local & national only so I don't need Afganistan to Zimbabwe, just a handful of options.

Can I put this location dropdown on the registration page too?

Sorry but i don't understand the question. Are you asking about PHPFox or about vBulletin?
