problem in updating Tables

i have problem when i updating tables is so so slow how i can fix it ... ? i update my vBulletin version to 3.8.0

sorry but i didn't understand good ... i just changed my host server to new company befor i have two problems is i can't take full backup but is fixed and now still the updating tables are very slow i don't know what i can do to fix really is my fist time to see

I'm really unsure what you are talking about - are you saying that when, say, people post on your site that it is taking a long time to update the tables in the database with this new information? If that is so, then again I'll suggest that you get your server settings optimized over at vb.com.
