Version 3.5.4 Harrassing Member

A Mod on another site asked me if the posts of a harrassing member can be made invisable to all but that member. That way, if he posts, he'll think he's won, but no one will see his posts. Can that be done?

They ban him, he re-joins. They ban his IP, he switches IP's. He's on about his 20th registration now.

What advice can I give them? Would contacting his ISP do anything?

Ideas?

"Tachy" is from the old greek word "takhu" and means something like: swift/fast/rapid/accelerated

(Although i am not sure if the use of tachy comes from the greek word in this context)

That type of punishment had been done for a while by many of us via a sql prior to 3.x - you simply added the userid to everyone's ignore list except his own.

Prune as Spam , Auto Ban works for me.
