How do you rebuild the bit fields

Well in one of Hasans hacks he said to rebuilt the bitfields in order to see the cpnav file. I opened the cpnav xml file copied the link and it said invalid catagorey but the product was imported and I looked in my databases table and saw the catagorey there but the cpnav isnt showing. Can someone tell me how to rebulit the bitfields manuely please?

If you turn on debug mode, it is an options under vBulletin Options. You can also rebuild them by just going directly to http://yoursite.com/admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields

Rebuilding bitfields was only needed on older vB versions.
