RSS Feed - Adding to Thread

Just a quick question here. Can you create a RSS Feed that adds to a thread without creating a new thread each time?

It's only of my favorite mods - I wouldn't use RSS feeds on my site if I couldn't put them all in one thread! RSS items as posts (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=177034)
