Try disabling any modifications you have running.

Tried all of them.
This doesn't appear in the Staff section. I have no idea why it's not.

This is not a message produced by a default installation of vBulletin. Possibly server configuration?

But it didn't happen when I first install vBulletin.
I will do a FULL recheck if it's causing my one of my mods or not then I'll reply again if I find the clue.
Thanks.

Do the config.php file edit to disable your modifications. (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=170881)
That error looks more like a hosting issue however, so you may want to contact your host to see if they've changed anything.

Thank you, I didn't know that thing is the main button.
Now I found out it's not server issues. I could post just fine. I don't see the flood anymore but I think I have reinstall the MODs one by one and check what is causing the problem?
