As with web pages you have teh different tags for better SEO, does anyone know if Vbulletin have H tags? In order to give accurate descriptions?

You'll want to use H2 and H3 tags, and not so much H1 tags You can read the How to add h2 and h3 tags to vBulletin for SEO (http://seotips4.com/seoblog/t18/) article.

If you are going to use a H1 tag, use it for thread titles, as it (should ;)) describe the content within the thread.

vBulletin already has Heading tags, normally it has one H1 and more H2 or h3 tags on a webpage but you still can change this if wanted, just changing codes in your templates.
Also, you can read more more information on this post "How many times the heading tags can be used in a webpage? (https://www.webmastersun.com/threads/21317-how-many-times-the-heading-tags-can-be-used-in-a-webpage)" to know number of heading you should use on your site.
Hope it helped.
