Moderated threads and topics

vb 3.7.2

A couple of my members have created new topics and threads and they're going to moderation. I don't have moderation turned on. Any reason I keep having to approve them?

Somewhere to check and see or anything if I missed something in ACP?

Check their usergroups (all of them) for Follow Forum Moderation Rules (If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue)

And then check Forum Permissions > pick the forum > usergroups > Follow Forum Moderation Rules
